General Terms & Conditions for all options.

1. BOOKINGS & COMMUNICATION

Please contact me to make a booking.

 

Bookings are subject to availability of timeslots. Booking reminders are emailed 24 hours before a booked lesson, to the email address you sign up with. If your details change, please let me know so I can contact you. All communication is via email, unless I urgently need to contact you then I will text/call.

We don’t work per term – lessons are continuous throughout the year.  We are closed during public holidays and usually close at the end of the year (dates will be confirmed).

2. PAYMENT

Payment is via EFTPOS at the lesson & receipts are available if required.    

3. CANCELLATIONS

If you can’t make a lesson, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance as I can’t book out your lesson or recover the cost at short notice. IMPORTANT: all lessons not cancelled within this time-frame (for whatever reason) are payable and future bookings will not be made until payment has been received.  If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the lesson is forfeit and the fee payable.

4. ILLNESS

Please don’t attend lessons if you have any symptoms of illness at all, whether contagious or not (e.g. nasal drip, cough, constant throat clearing, etc.).  This is to protect your voice and the health of my vulnerable students. I can’t work if I’m ill, so this is non-negotiable please.

5. SINGING RESOURCES & COPYRIGHT
 

My singing techniques and resources are shared with my students in good faith for the purposes of personal education only, they are not meant to be shared with anyone else or outside of this setting. Techniques can be applied incorrectly as each voice and person are very different and incorrect application can lead to bad habits or worse, vocal damage.  All resources are copyrighted for your personal use only. Please don't use my resources to publicly perform or distribute/share any of my materials over the internet or in any other way. Please no videos/photos or recordings are to be taken during lessons (without my prior consent).
